Day 01

Arrival in Sri Lanka / Transfer to Negombo
  • Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and head to the relaxed beach town of Negombo
  • Take a stroll along the Dutch canals or watch fishermen untangle their nets on the beach
  • Slow down to island time with a sunset and seafood dinner by the sea

Day 02

Negombo to Anuradhapura
  • Begin your cultural deep dive with a journey to Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka’s first ancient capital
  • Explore the UNESCO-listed ruins by bicycle — marvel at the Ruwanwelisaya stupa, the sacred Sri Maha Bodhi tree, and the massive stone baths of ancient monks
  • Witness the spiritual devotion that still lingers in every stone and statue

Day 03

Sigiriya Rock Fortress & Village Adventure
  • Travel to Sigiriya and climb the legendary Lion Rock Fortress, where frescoes, water gardens, and panoramic jungle views await
  • After the descent, experience a traditional village adventure — bullock cart rides, canoeing across lakes, and cooking lunch over an open hearth with locals
  • Overnight in a rustic-chic eco-lodge beneath the stars

Day 04

Dambulla Cave Temple & Kandy City
  • Visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, home to over 150 golden Buddha statues and celestial murals tucked inside a sacred rock
  • Head toward the highlands to Kandy, Sri Lanka’s last royal capital
  • Evening visit to the Temple of the Tooth Relic, followed by a mesmerising Kandyan dance performance with fire twirlers and drummers

Day 05

Knuckles Mountain Range Trek
  • A full-day trek into the mystical Knuckles Mountains, where cloud forests, terraced paddy fields and traditional villages dot the landscape
  • Break for a packed lunch beside a waterfall or under a canopy of moss-draped trees
  • Return to Kandy for a warm meal and restful evening

Day 06

Scenic Train to Nuwara Eliya
  • Board the iconic scenic train ride from Kandy to Nanu Oya — watch mist curl over tea hills and waterfalls as the train slowly winds through the highlands
  • Explore Nuwara Eliya, known as Little England, with its colonial buildings, rose gardens and crisp mountain air
  • Visit a working tea plantation and enjoy high tea at a historic hotel

Day 07

Horton Plains & World's End Hike
  • Rise early for a trek across Horton Plains National Park, a protected plateau of grasslands, cloud forest and wildlife
  • Reach World’s End, a dramatic 880-meter drop offering jaw-dropping views over the valleys below
  • Spot sambar deer, endemic birds and wildflowers as you walk the loop trail

Day 08

Transfer to Kitulgala / White Water Rafting
  • Travel to the rainforest-fringed village of Kitulgala, nestled beside the Kelani River
  • Gear up for an adrenaline-pumping white water rafting adventure through thrilling Grade 2 and 3 rapids
  • Optional canyoning, abseiling or waterfall trekking for the truly brave
  • Enjoy an outdoor dinner surrounded by the sounds of the jungle

Day 09

Kitulgala to Galle via Brief Garden
  • Journey south to the colonial coastal city of Galle, stopping en route at Brief Garden — the lush, artful former home of landscape architect Bevis Bawa
  • Check into a boutique hotel inside the Galle Dutch Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
  • Evening at leisure to stroll cobbled streets, explore art galleries, or sip cocktails at a rampart-side café

Day 10

Explore Galle & Southern Coastline
  • Morning guided tour of Galle Fort — visit the lighthouse, colonial churches, spice boutiques and craft shops
  • Optional visit to UNESCO-listed temples in Weligama or whale watching in Mirissa if in season
  • Afternoon swim or laze on the beaches of Unawatuna or Dalawella

Day 11

Departure from Galle / Airport Transfer
  • Enjoy a relaxed breakfast by the coast
  • Transfer to the airport via expressway, or extend your stay on the beach if desired
  • Depart with heartbeats still echoing the chants, drums, winds and waterfalls of Sri Lanka
